Become an Info X reseller now!

The following application process involves completing three online forms, printing those forms and faxing all three to Info X New Accounts Department. Click the links below to fill out electronic versions of the required forms (Reseller Credit Application, Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate and Commerce User Agreement). When finished, click "Print Form" at the bottom of the document. Incomplete fields will be flagged to ensure you complete the form in its entirety. For details see the reseller checklist. There is a $50 non-refundable application processing fee. This fee can be paid by credit card, wire transfer or check to:

A rebate of $50 will be applied to the original credit card or the Info X account (if no credit card was used) if net sales are $5,000 or more during the first 90 calendar days the account is open. The account must be in good credit standing to receive this rebate.
