Does Info X offer same day delivery?
Yes we do. This is on a case by case basis. Dependent upon Geographical location.

What happens if I cannot get hold of my sales associate?

Why are my shipping cost different than website cost?
Shipment costs are calculated by billable weight. Just because a box weight is 10 lbs does not mean you are getting billed for 10 lbs. Box size changes the cost as well. This is called billable weight. Each individual carrier calculates billable weight.

How soon can I get tracking information?
Your sales person can set you up so that as soon as your shipment is processed for shipping an email notification is sent to you.

Do cables come with the fibre channel HBA's?
Cables are not included. We can provide cables in many styles, length and quantities.

Can we bill third party or recipient for shipping charges?
Yes, We do need an account # and if it is Third party we will also need address of the third party being billed.

When do orders get processed?
Approved orders are processed throughout the day most of the time as FIFO (First In First Out). As we get closer to the end of the day we prioritize orders in order for shipments to go out the same day the order is placed.

How late do we ship until?
Our pick up times vary depending on what service is used. UPS and FedEx ground pick up is between 4:30 and 5:00. Approved orders must be in before 4:30 EST. FedEx is our main service provider and our cutoff time is 7:00 EST for Priority Overnight through Express Saver (three day service).

Do you use any other carriers?
Yes, We can ship with most major carriers. We do have accounts with some but shipping cost tends to be higher. We also can’t guarantee same day shipping for carriers that we normally don’t use. Our main carriers are FedEx and UPS.
